We’re a small business and can’t afford to offer expensive benefits. We do, however, offer extremely competitive pay (our goal is to offset) and lots of flexibility. Employees also receive 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) per year, overtime pay, a cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement and/or a driving allowance, and a good work culture.
