The Wyoming Health Council is the statewide administrator of the federal Title X family planning program and works to ensure all people can access equitable, inclusive, high quality and affordable reproductive and sexual care.
Under the supervision and direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and management of the affairs of the agency and the implementation of policies established by the Board of Directors and the federal Office of Population Affairs. The Wyoming Health Council office is located in Casper, with frequent in-state travel required. The Executive Director will meet agency goals and objectives, advocate for the concerns and interests of the agency, and ensure program implementation and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications: Administrative experience and a master’s degree in the fields of health or human services; demonstrated supervisory and management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Administrative experience in family planning and other healthcare programs; experience with nonprofit boards; experience with federally funded projects; fundraising experience.
