GILLETTE, Wyo. — The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on Saturday, April 5:
- At 3:43 a.m. to East Boxelder Road for an agency assist.
- At 12:35 p.m. to Peaceful Valley Drive for an unauthorized burning.
- At 12:37 p.m. to Knollwood Drive for an emergency medical response.
- At 1:28 p.m. to North Brooks Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 5:08 p.m. to North Brooks Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 6 p.m. to South Douglas Highway for a structure fire. The fire was contained to a large walk-in freezer being used to house cooking equipment. The fire was caused by the propane-fed flame that heated the cooking vats.
- At 9:06 p.m. to Alex Way for a report of a natural gas odor.
Year to date, the Campbell County Fire Department has responded to 895 requests for service.
