GILLETTE, Wyo. — Gillette Mayor Shay Lundvall has called for a special city council meeting next week to discuss potential future goals for the city of Gillette.
According to the city, the meeting will take place on March 10 in the second-floor community room at City Hall starting at 6 p.m. Members of the council will meet 30 minutes early for dinner, and the main meeting will continue until its business is concluded.
Per an earlier city announcement, councilmembers intend to discuss goals including projects, programs and initiatives to be prioritized for implementation over the next five years.
The council may engage in discussion and provide guidance on goals during the meeting; however, no action items are anticipated, according to the city.
