GILLETTE, Wyo. — Climb Wyoming will host an info meeting on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025, at 6 p.m. for single moms to learn about free Commercial Driving (CDL) training starting soon. The meeting will take place at Climb’s Gillette office, located at 405 W. Boxelder Road, #B4.
Climb’s upcoming program will train participants to work in commercial driving, one of the nation’s most in-demand job markets with competitive wages, local routes and daytime schedules.
After training, Climb works with each participant to find a job placement that fits her interests and strengths and is the right fit for her family.
“You’ll receive personal support every step of the way,” says Dane Joslyn, Climb’s program director in Gillette.
Any single mom who is interested in the upcoming training should attend the info meeting, which is the first step in the application process. Childcare is not provided, so attendees are asked to plan accordingly.
Moms can call or text Andreah at 307-622-9601 with any questions. More information is also available on Climb’s Facebook page or at ClimbWyoming.org.
