General election results 2024: Murphy, Mansell, Hite retain seats on CCH Board of Trustees

GILLETTE, Wyo. — Incumbents Tom Murphy, John Mansell and Randy Hite have won the three open seats on the Campbell County Health Board of Trustees, according to the unofficial results reported by the Campbell County Elections Office. 

Murphy, Mansell and Hite received the most votes out of the six candidates running for a seat on the hospital board. Murphy received 7,008 votes, Mansell tallied 6,033 and Hite received 5,792.

The three trustee-elects won their respective seats over Douglas Gerard, Alicia Lepard and Matthew Truskiewiz.

All three candidate-elects currently sit on the CCH Board of Trustees, with Murphy serving as vice chairman, Hite as treasurer and Mansell as a trustee.

Results remain unofficial until certified by the local canvassing board. Once certified, Murphy, Mansell and Hite will serve another four years on the board of trustees.
