Dr. Lukasz Kiljanek, MD

Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic (HHWC) is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Lukasz Kiljanek, MD, to its esteemed medical team. Dr. Kiljanek, a nephrologist and hypertension specialist with nearly two decades of clinical experience, brings a deep commitment to patient care and a passion for medical innovation.

Dr. Kiljanek’s medical journey commenced with his graduation from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2005. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at PinnacleHealth System in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, from 2008 to 2011, followed by a fellowship in Nephrology and Hypertension at Drexel University/Hahnemann University Hospital from 2016 to 2018. His diverse clinical background, encompassing general practice, emergency medicine, cardiology and intensive care, has equipped him with a holistic approach to patient care.

Having served at institutions such as MedStar Shah Medical Group and the Institute of Cardiology, Dr. Kiljanek has emerged as a forward-thinker in shaping the future of medicine. His contributions to medical research, among them a groundbreaking patented ventilator system designed for novel COVID-19 treatment and a patent-pending portable dialysis machine, have established him as a pioneer in his field. His work has been widely recognized, with publications and presentations at prestigious conferences, including the American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week and the National Kidney Foundation Spring Clinical Meeting.

Dr. Kiljanek’s decision to join HHWC was influenced by the clinic’s commitment to quality patient care, medical innovation and the conservative values of the Wyoming and Gillette communities. “After my interview with Dr. William Hoskinson, I was impressed by his evident dedication to superior patient outcomes. The opportunity to engage in health innovation and research, combined with the community values that align with my own, made this an ideal fit for my family and me,” Dr. Kiljanek shared.

At HHWC, Dr. Kiljanek will focus on kidney diseases, dialysis and hypertension treatment, with a particular emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence into patient care. His approach to medicine is deeply rooted in treating each patient with the same care and attention as if they were family. He thrives to empower patients through education, clear communication and a holistic understanding of their health needs all while ensuring they receive the most advanced treatments available.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Kiljanek is a devoted family man, married for 11 years with six children. He enjoys composing music, spending time in nature and inventing medical devices, activities that reflect his innovative and visionary spirit. Driven by the mantra “It’s better to do than to regret what you’ve not done,” he personifies a life guided by purpose and compassion, inspiring him to seize opportunities and use his talents to help others. As Dr. Kiljanek joins the team at HHWC, the clinic looks forward to the positive impact his expertise will bring to the community.
