GILLETTE, Wyo. — House District 32 incumbent Rep. Ken Clouston held onto his legislative seat in Tuesday’s race, defeating opponent George Dunlap.
Clouston received 1,062 votes, good for nearly 60% of the total votes cast. Dunlap tallied 706 votes.
Clouston has represented his district since 2022. He currently serves as a member of the House Education Committee; the House Labor, Health and Social Services Committee; the Education Commission of the States; and the Educational Attainment Executive Council.
No Democratic Party candidates filed for the race, though the last day for independent filing is Aug. 26.
All election results are unofficial until ratified by the state.
