GILLETTE, Wyo. — The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on Thursday, Aug. 8:
- At 4:36 a.m. to Highway 51 and Jack Smith Road for a smoke report. No smoke was found in the area.
- At 5:22 a.m. to Hillside Drive for an emergency medical response.
- At 7:04 a.m. to East Sunset Drive for an emergency medical response.
- At 10:36 a.m. to the intersection of Union Chapel Road and South Douglas Highway for a two-vehicle collision.
- At 11:34 a.m. to mile marker 136 on Interstate 90 for a report of a single-vehicle rollover. No vehicle was found in the area by firefighters.
- At 11:58 a.m. to West Shoshone Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 12:04 p.m. to the 1000 block of Larch Street for a smoke investigation.
- At 1:28 p.m. to Bishop Road for a grass fire.
- At 2:44 p.m. to the 700 block of Express Drive for an odor and smoke investigation.
- At 3:01 p.m. to Collins Road for a report of a grass fire. No fire was found in the area.
- At 7:49 p.m. to Gunpowder Street for an emergency medical response.
- At 9:15 p.m. to Sunflower Lane for an emergency medical response.
- At 9:29 p.m. to mile marker 108 on Interstate 90 for a one-vehicle collision.
Year to date, the Campbell County Fire Department has responded to 2,024 requests for service.
