GILLETTE, Wyo. — The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on Tuesday, July 9:
- At 6:38 a.m. to South Douglas Highway for an emergency medical response.
- At 7:32 a.m. to South Heptner Road for a vehicle collision.
- At 8:49 a.m. to Camel Drive for an emergency medical response.
- At 10:37 a.m. to South Emerson Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 1:34 p.m. to the Rochelle Hills for a smoke report. The smoke was identified to be in Crook County.
- At 8:44 p.m. to Big Lost Drive for a motorcycle collision.
- At 9:52 p.m. to North Highway 59 for a timber fire. The fire is estimated to be 10 acres in size. Firefighters are still on scene working the fire as of the time of the press release.
- At 10:56 p.m. to Madsen Road for a smoke report. Nothing was found upon investigation.
- At 11:20 p.m. to Sundance Circle for an emergency medical response.
Year to date, the Campbell County Fire Department has responded to 1673 requests for service.
