GILLETTE, Wyo. — The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on Monday, July 8:
- At 2:38 a.m. to Sage Court for an emergency medical response.
- At 3:26 a.m. to South Douglas Highway for an emergency medical response.
- At 6:38 a.m. to mile marker 37 on Highway 50 for a single-vehicle collision.
- At noon to Cameo Court for a hit gas line.
- At 1:59 p.m. to the 1900 block of Cliff Davis Drive for an activated fire alarm.
- At 2:23 p.m. to the 800 block of Edwards Street for a two-vehicle collision.
- At 2:50 p.m. to the 1800 block of East Highway 14-16 for an oil spill.
- At 3:16 p.m. to the 800 block of Metz Drive for a report of a structure fire. Firefighters found an electrical malfunction had caused smoke in the building.
- At 4:12 p.m. to the 1400 block of South Garner Lake Road for an activated fire alarm.
- At 4:20 p.m. to South Brooks Avenue and 6th Street for a two-vehicle collision.
- At 4:53 p.m. to Dogwood Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 6:46 p.m. to the 800 block of North Gurley Avenue for an activated fire alarm.
- At 7:13 p.m. to the 300 block of Butte Drive for a report of a camper fire. Firefighters found that a small fire had been extinguished prior to arrival.
- At 8:31 p.m. to the 1700 block of Gold Road for an odor investigation.
- At 10:31 p.m. to Raven Street for an emergency medical response.
- At 11:53 p.m. to Bitter Creek Road for a single-vehicle crash.
Year to date, the Campbell County Fire Department has responded to 1,664 requests for service.
