- Marissa A. Iverson, Gillette, DWUI: controlled substance to a degree which renders incapable of safely driving
- Wrangler L. Puzzi, Rozet, criminal inquiry
- Benjamin B. Storey, Gillette, DUI: controlled substance
- Michelle L. Williams, Gillette, unlawful possession: powder or crystalline form: less than 3 grams, contempt of court/bench warrant x4
