GILLETTE, Wyo. — The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on June 30:
- At 6:49 a.m. to the North Landfill for a trash pile on fire.
- At 9:57 a.m. to Highway 51 for a one-vehicle crash.
- At 11:33 a.m. to 4-J Road for an emergency medical response.
- At 12:16 p.m. to Gillette Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 2:05 p.m. to Dogwood Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 2:43 p.m. to Iberlin Road for a reported smoke column. The fire was found to be in Johnson County.
- At 6:22 p.m. to Shoshone Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 10:40 p.m. to East 5th Street for a possible structure fire. Smoke was reported in the structure. Firefighters found no fire on arrival, but found a malfunctioning AC unit responsible for the smoke.
- At 11:24 p.m. to Shoshone Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 11:46 p.m. to South Douglas Highway for an emergency medical response.
Year to date, the Campbell County Fire Department has responded to 1,578 requests for service.
