(VIDEO) Rockpile Museum Evening to host speaker series event, ‘The Murder of Allie Means’

GILLETTE, Wyo. — On Thursday, April 11, the Rockpile Museum will be livestreaming its speaker event on the murder of Allie Means. Means, originally from Texas, was 24 when he was shot and killed by another cowboy outside Gillette in 1905.

The event is put on in collaboration with the Wyoming State Archives, and will also touch on the early history of Gillette. The link below will show a livestream when the event begins at 7 p.m.
