GILLETTE, Wyo. — Although the weather lately has been saying otherwise, summer is just around the corner in Wyoming, and that means getting outdoors.
Keyhole State Park has just released its calendar of summer events, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Starting on Saturday, May 4 with a Birding Walk, the park will host a multitude of events through September.
Also in the cards for this summer are full moon hikes, kayaking events and conservation efforts like bird banding. Some events, such as the kayaking events, require sign-ups to reserve needed equipment. To see the full schedule and more information, check out the Keyhole State Park Facebook page.
