GILLETTE, Wyo. — The University of Wyoming Extension office will be hosting a virtual career fair on Tuesday, March 19. The event features professionals from a wide range of careers, including agriculture, videography and exercise science. Information related to pursuing higher education and financial aid is also included.
This year, one of the highlighted speakers is agricultural professional Greg Peterson, also known for his popular farming-focused Youtube channel, Peterson Brothers Farm.
After a successful shift to a virtual format in 2021, organizers have continued that format to be able to provide as much access as possible for interested youth. According to the press release, last year’s event saw more than 200 registrations from 26 different states.
Youth in middle school and high school age groups are encouraged to attend, regardless of if they are 4-H members or not. The event will be held over Zoom, with a 6 p.m. start time. Click here to register for the event.
