GILLETTE, Wyo. — After last week’s mild temperatures, expect a drop back down to more typical February weather as the work week begins.

An incoming cold front will bring a swift temperature change and possible snow sometime on Monday or Tuesday, according to the Rapid City National Weather Service outpost. Current forecasts indicate temperatures will stay in the mid 50’s on Monday before beginning their descent on Monday night.

Tuesday temperatures are expected to top out at around 20 degrees with a low of 6 degrees. Things will begin to warm back up into Wednesday, with above average temperature returning by Thursday.
