GILLETTE, Wyo. — Gillette’s crosstown rival schools are teaming up for a good cause this weekend.
On Friday, Feb. 23 and Saturday, Feb. 24, people can donate blood in the schools’ Community Challenge blood drive. Donors choose which school they’d like to represent upon donation, and whichever school receives more support will win the challenge.
Donations will take place at the Campbell County Rec Center on both days. Friday donations will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday donation times will be open from 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
