GILLETTE, Wyo. — As part of its monthly meeting, set for Tuesday, Feb. 20, the Rockpile Museum Board of Directors will go over its February collections report, which details items received from area residents, and review recommendations for keeping these items in the museum collections.
Items include old photographs depicting ranch life near Gillette, yearbooks and other school-related items from various years, and World War II–era ration books, among other items.
Also on the agenda for the meting is the education report, old business concerning the addition of a newly proposed bylaw, and updates from the director. The education report includes initial planning from the upcoming WWII Day and Children’s Festival events.
The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at the museum.
