GILLETTE, Wyo. — A warming trend will continue over Campbell County this week, keeping temperatures flirting with 50 degrees.
The National Weather Service in Rapid City, South Dakota, has forecast a high of 46 degrees today under sunny skies. There’ll be a breeze from the west at 5–10 mph. Partly cloudy conditions are expected tonight as the low falls to around 32. Winds will shift to come from the southwest at 5–15 mph. Gusts could reach 20 mph.
Tuesday should be the warmest day of the week at 53 degrees. After a quiet weather day, the night will be mostly cloudy with a low near 28.
The rest of the week will be quiet as well, according to the forecast. Wednesday will be partly sunny while Thursday and Friday will be sunny. The forecast high for each day is 49. Overnight lows will be near 27.
