GILLETTE, Wyo. — Gillette community members interested in serving on one of the city’s community advisory boards are invited to apply to a position on the Regional Water Advisory Board.
The position is a five-year term, ending on June 30, 2028. Members will work with a representative of the Wyoming Water Development Commission to review financing strategies, budgets and proposed rates prior to their adoption by the city.
The board is also responsible for reviewing water requests outside of the designated service area by prospective wholesale customers, a city announcement said.
The advisory board meets quarterly in the City West Conference Room.
