GILLETTE, Wyo. — The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on Wednesday, Jan. 31:
- At 1:14 a.m. to Kiowa Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 11:55 a.m. to South Douglas Highway for an emergency medical response.
- At 3:37 p.m. to Cheryl Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 5:16 p.m. to 4 Corners Road and Highway 59 for a report of a grass fire. Nothing was located. A residence close to that area had finished a controlled burn that was not called in. The homeowner was advised to call the sheriff’s office in the future.
- At 5:54 p.m. to East 9th Street for an emergency medical response.
- At 6:09 p.m. to Wright Boulevard for a single-vehicle collision.
- At 7:03 p.m. to the 4000 block of Nepstad Drive for a report of a gas smell. Nothing was located.
- At 8:17 p.m. to Laramie Street for an emergency medical response.
- At 8:31 p.m. to Patrick Henry Road for an emergency medical response.
- At 11:14 p.m. to Laramie Street for an emergency medical response.
Year to date, the Campbell County Fire Department has responded to 296 requests for service.
