Rockpile Museum invites students to free fall crafts program on Friday

GILLETTE, Wyo. — Campbell County students are invited to participate in a free fall crafts program at Rockpile Museum while school is out Friday.

The drop-in program will be offered at the museum, 900 W. 2nd St. in Gillette, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20. Students will be able to visit a variety of craft stations, including making a paper scarecrow, clay figures, pinecone creatures and pool noodle monsters, according to a news release.

Elementary-age students may attend with or without an adult, while preschool-age children must be accompanied by an adult.

No registration is required — just stop by and have fun, the museum’s release said.
