GILLETTE, Wyo. — Gillette College‘s board of trustees will have a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 22 to approve a response to letters to the editor.
Doug Gerard of Gillette criticized the college in a letter to the editor, “Gillette Community College – Broken Promises and Misguided Priorities,” that Cowboy State Daily published Sept. 15.
The Sept. 22 meeting agenda, which college staff sent out Sept. 21, said the board will meet in conference room 223 of the Pronghorn Center, located at 3807 College Drive, Gillette.
The Gillette College Foundation will meet at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 25 in the flex space and board room of the Technical Education Center, 3251 S. 4-J Road, Gillette. The board will discuss capital construction and the Boxelder extension right-of-way. There will be an update from the Office of Economic Transformation.
