Another Starbucks location is scheduled to open around February 2024, project manager Rob Brower, of S & S Builders, said while working at the site Aug. 24. The site is on the west side of the 2200 block of South Douglas Highway, between Burger King and KFC. S & S Builders plans to complete construction in October.
