The Campbell County Fire Department responded to the following incidents on Friday, Sept. 1:
- At 1:53 a.m. to Country Club Road for an emergency medical response.
- At 4:45 a.m. to Country Club Road for an emergency medical response.
- At 10:13 a.m. to North Highway 14-16 for an emergency medical response.
- At 1:46 p.m. to Tonk Court for an emergency medical response.
- At 2:26 p.m. to Dakota Court for an emergency medical response.
- At 4:11 p.m. to a report of a grass fire on the Echeta Road. Firefighters located the fire at 6:36 p.m. on the Johnson and Sheridan County line and not in Campbell County. CCFD contained the estimated couple-hundred-acre fire until Johnson County units arrived at 9 p.m. All CCFD units then cleared the fire.
- At 5:52 p.m. to Stanley Avenue for an emergency medical response.
- At 7:28 p.m. to Sunny Slope Road for a report of an unauthorized control burn. Firefighters assisted in ensuring the fire was within restrictions.
