GILLETTE, Wyo. — Gillette Medical Imaging has grown with the addition of Wyoming native Dr. Tyler Baldwin, Campbell County Health announced Monday.
Baldwin, originally from Riverton, received his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and joins GMI as a radiologist who will read images for CCH patients, the healthcare organization said July 24.
Since childhood, though he didn’t fully comprehend what it entailed, Baldwin has always wanted to be a radiologist and was drawn to the field because of the amazing technology and direct impact that imaging has on patient care, per CCH.
“The ability to analyze and interpret images to quickly aid in diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention is immensely rewarding,” Baldwin told CCH, which says his expertise and dedication to patient care make him a valuable addition to the healthcare organization as well as the community.
Outside of work, Baldwin enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors, where he engages in hunting, camping, and fly-fishing.
