GILLETTE, Wyo. — Campbell County Public Library System will release a community brand questionnaire to help it develop a revised marketing plan.
The brand questionnaire is part of a larger collaboration between the library and the Library Foundation to help improve communications, a news release states.
“We are always looking for feedback and ways to deepen our connection and communication with our users and our community. Your input will help shape our services and better communicate what we provide to the community,” library Executive Director Terri Lesley said.
The questionnaire will be available July 24 through Aug. 11.
Campbell County Public Library System will have a limited number of 15-minute, in-person questionnaire interviews available. Those interested in an in-person questionnaire interview can email Lesley at firstname.lastname@example.org.
“Our libraries serve thousands of community members every year. We are always excited to hear what our community wants and needs from their library. CCPLS, the Board, and the Library Foundation are excited to start this new chapter with input and guidance from our community,” Lesley said. “Libraries are critical resources for vibrant communities, and we look forward to the future.”
