GILLETTE, Wyo. — The 2nd Annual Youth Fishing Derby will take place at Dalby Memorial Park during the statewide free fishing day tomorrow.

Registration begins at 7 a.m. and runs until 10 a.m. at the Dick Bratton Shelter on June 3. All equipment will be provided, though it is in limited supply so participants are encouraged to bring their own if they can, according to the event flier.

Event activities include fishing and prizes, Fun On The Go, face painting, concessions from the Ice Cream Cafe, and a barbeque lunch. The event will take up most of the day, so participants are asked to plan ahead for other snacks and drinks, per the event flier.

There will be four participant classes to be graded: Kindergarten and Under, Elementary, Junior High, and High School, the event flier says.
