1 killed, 2 injured in collision near Kemmerer

KEMMERER, Wyo. — One person is dead and two more injured following a two-vehicle crash Friday in Lincoln County near Kemmerer.

A Dodge Grand Caravan exited US 30 at milepost 54, but then failed to stop at the stop sign at the US 189 intersection, according to Wyoming Highway Patrol. The second vehicle, a Ford F-250, was headed north on US 189 and struck the Grand Caravan in the side.

Ronald Tietjen, 77, died following the wreck and two more sustained injuries.
