CASPER, Wyo. — Daylight Saving Time returns on Sunday, meaning Wyomingites will soon need to move their clocks forward an hour as we “spring forward.”

The official start to the time change is 2 a.m. in the early Sunday hours, though it is recommended that people simply adjust their clocks before going to bed Saturday night.

Since 2007, daylight saving time has been observed from the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November.
