GILLETTE, Wyo. — Civil Air Patrol WY069 celebrated promotions the evening of Feb. 6 at the Wyoming National Guard Armory, 811 E. Laramie St., Gillette.
The following candidates were eligible for their respective promotions, according to a data sheet WY069 Powder River Composite Squadron Maj. Toni C. Brown, CAP, provided:

- Corbin Joseph Gilson, C/A1C Achievement 2
- Josiah Malik Sakultarawattn, C/A1C Achievement 2
- Quentin Jermal Sakultarawattn, C/A1C Achievement 2
- Ian M Schofield, C/Capt Amelia Earhart
The squadron meets Monday nights at the Armory.
