Snow possible tonight, into Monday in Gillette

GILLETTE, Wyo. — According to the National Weather Service, Gillette residents can expect to see fresh snow when they wake up Monday morning, with winter weather predicted to begin tonight and carry over into Monday.

The NWS reports a 50% chance of snow beginning after 10 p.m., and continuing into Monday, with the snowfall expected to taper off around 1 p.m.

During the day today, temperatures are expected to reach up to 40 degrees, though strong wind gusts of roughly 45 mph will make conditions feel much colder. The area could see wind chill values as low as 18 degrees due to winds moving in from the south.
