An AMBER Alert, activated in the most serious child abduction cases, has been issued Thursday afternoon in Wyoming.

The alert says to be on the lookout for a black four-door 2014 pickup bearing plates 1-36929. The truck has a lift kit and Star Wars stick figures in the back.

Authorities are seeking 14-year-old G.P., who is described as being 5-foot-1, 109 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black zip-up jacket with a white undershirt, black leggings and brown knee-high boots.

She’s believed to be with James Warren Martin, a 36-year-old, 5-foot-10 man weighing between 260 and 300 pounds. The alert states he has brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call 911 or the Casper Police Department at 307-235-8278.

Casper police say G.P. is the subject of a runaway report officers received Wednesday from her legal guardian, who said she did not return home from school.

A detective assigned to the case believes G.P. “had been having long-term communication with an adult family acquaintance identified as Martin. Police say the two had been seen together in the days leading up to G.P. being reported as a runaway.

Police believe Martin is interfering with the legal custody of a minor child.
