Donkey Creek Festival kicks off tomorrow

GILLETTE, Wyo.— Grab your lawn chair and sunscreen; the Donkey Creek Festival returns to Gillette this weekend.

Get ready to lounge in the grass, grab a drink at the beer tent, fuel up at food vendor stations or shop local art vendors, all while listening to local and regional musicians perform on a live stage at Gillette College starting at 4 p.m. on June 17.

The festival, which will also feature Fun on the Go for kids, is free and open to the public. Residents are welcome to bring their lawn chair, blankets, and drinks.

Friday, June 17

  • 4 p.m.- Paw Patrol Characters
  • 5:15 p.m.- FAZE
  • 6:30 p.m.- Unknown Knowns
  • 7:45- Rock Band Camp

Saturday, June 18

  • 10 a.m.- Summer Stories with the Library
  • 12 p.m.- Big Horn Big Band
  • 1:15 p.m.- Freddy Rodriguez and the Jazz Connection
  • 2:45 p.m.- Cities in the Sky
  • 4:15 p.m. Brambles & Briar
  • 5:45 p.m.- The Dirty Grass Players
