Gillette’s abundance of eating options is about to grow by one on 2nd Street with Pizza Ranch slated to open its doors in the coming weeks.
Pizza Ranch, which proudly claims to offer a self-proclaimed legendary craveable pizza buffet as well as chicken, salad, and deserts, is set to open its doors to Gillette soon at 1000 West 2nd Street with the company expected any day to announce its official opening date.
“You won’t have to wait too much longer for some of our good food,” said Jessica Kenyon, the marketing and training specialist for Pizza Ranch. “We’ll be announcing our opening date soon – today or tomorrow. I’ll share it to our (Facebook page). We’re looking forward to opening up and being a part of Gillette.”
The Gillette location adds to the growing company’s presence with more than 200 locations in 15 states, including one in Casper. It will be the only pizza concept locally that can feed a family, welcome sports teams or groups as well as host a business event all at the same time. Once open, the restaurant will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. (buffet closing at 9 p.m.)
“We chose to make our homes in Gillette. It’s where we’ve raised our children and grown our businesses,” said co-owner Anthony Toscana. “We know firsthand that Gillette is a great place to live, and we look forward to this exciting new chapter here with Pizza Ranch.”
Manager Ray Marini and his staff have been hiring the opening-day crew this past month, with the restaurant announcing that it has its team in place but is still willing to accept applications for future hires.
Along with its food offerings, Pizza Ranch will also boast a FunZone arcade for all ages that will include a variety of games and a redemption prize counter with prizes big and small.
“We love the consistent commitment to customer service and that the menu truly provides something for everyone,” Toscana said.
Another feature of Pizza Ranch is its community outreach initiatives. It offers fundraising events for eligible local non-profits, provides party rooms for business meetings, gatherings, birthday parties, and more.
“It’s no secret that Gillette is full of busy, hardworking families,” Toscana said. “Whether they’re stopping in to check out the buffet or hitting the drive-through for hot, fresh take-out, Pizza Ranch is the perfect meal solution for these folks.”
