College to Host Health, Science Night

Want to engage with academic programs and advanced learning technologies through hands-on activities with Gillette College?

Here’s your chance.

Prospective students can visit with advisors and instructors during the school’s upcoming health and sciences education night on on Monday, March 8, from 5 – 7 p.m., according to a Feb. 26 press release from the Northern Wyoming Community College District (NWCCD).

“If you think a career in health care might be something you’re interested in, this is a great first step toward learning what is possible,” Shannon Henshaw, director of enrollment services, said in the release.

Anyone who is interested in learning more about the Nursing, Health Science, Certified Nursing Assistant, Athletic Training, and Exercise Science programs at Gillette College is encouraged to attend, per the release.

“We invite anyone interested in learning more about what Gillette College has to offer to drop by,” Henshaw said.

The event is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Carter Health Science Education Center, located on the Gillette College campus at 3801 College Drive.
