Here are the arrests, as provided by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office. Some names have been withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Campbell County Attorney’s Office.

Samantha Hairy Bird, Gillette, Criminal inquiry

Unidentified Individual, Undisclosed, No valid drivers license, unlawful possession – plant form less than 3 ounces (3rd or subsequent offense), theft, unlawful possession – powder or crystalline form less than 3 grams, unlawful possession – methamphetamine or schedule I or II narcotic, manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver methamphetamine or schedule I or II narcotic

Frankie Jacobs Sr, Gardena, CA, Unlawful possession – plant form less than 3 ounces

Frank John, Cheyenne, Criminal inquiry, contempt of court/bench warrant, take trophy game without a license

Unidentified Individual, Undisclosed, Take trophy game without a license, failure to report an accident with an unattended vehicle, 24/7 apprehension of violators, cruelty to animals (felony)

Note: The ages of these individuals are now redacted from the arrest report, as well as the names of those charged with a felony. This is a new policy at the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office as directed by the County Attorney’s Office.
