Here are the arrests, as provided by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office. Some names have been withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Campbell County Attorney’s Office.

Jonathan Davis, Gillette, Contempt – municipal bench warrant (x2)

Unidentified Individual, Undisclosed, Possession of a controlled substance – plant form, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance (x2), possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of schedule I, II, III substances, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine

Mabel Martin, Marshall, NC, Public intoxication

Isaiah Nava, Gillette, Contempt – municipal bench warrant

Aerick Phillips, Gillette, Compulsory auto insurance, probation violation/revocation, expired registration, bond revocation
