A Sheridan man died in a single-vehicle rollover Monday on Highway 14 near milepost 3, near Sheridan, according to the Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP).
The driver has been identified as 41-year-old Jeremy Anderson.
Anderson was traveling eastbound in a 1991 Ford F-350 when he struck a deer in the roadway, veered off the left side of the highway and overturned. WHP received the call at 6:22 a.m. per the press release.
Anderson was not wearing a seatbelt. He succumbed to his injuries at Sheridan Memorial Hospital.
This makes fatality number 94 on Wyoming’s roadways in 2020 to date, compared to 118 in 2019, 81 in 2018 and 109 in 2017 by the same date, according to WHP.
