Department Secretary

The department secretary is the key person in establishing a first impression and conveying CCMH’s mission of providing superior customer service. This position performs all duties required to support and coordinate functions efficiently to meet and/or exceed customer expectations, including compiling patients’ medical records and coordinating tests and procedures with multiple internal and external sources, entering patient information,  tracking and ordering departmental supplies, and conveying patient information to physicians and staff.

Cook

This position reports to Nutrition Services Supervisor and Dietary Supervisor to prepare all foods in a timely and prompt manner according to menu and recipes as approved and handed down by department leadership and registered dietitians. Duties include preparing food for service to all CCMH patients, residents, hospice, childcare center, catering, and retail food service operations in accordance with sanitary and quality standards as defined by regulatory agencies, CCMH surveyors, and NS Dept. leadership.

Child Care Tech

Works under the supervision of the Child Care Manager to provide quality infant and childcare service for children of employees of the CCMH and medical community.
