South End of Metz Drive Closed for Temporary Repairs
The southend of Metz Drive near the intersection of South Burma Avenue will be closed from Jan. 29 through mid-February for repairs. According to the City of Gillette Streets Division, the temporary closure is to fix a raised manhole and sinking street that has created a hazard for snow plows. The contractor on the project is Black Cat, and the project is slated to wrap up by Feb. 12.
