Hour of Honor to Remember 9-11
The tolling of the bell at the 2018 Hour of Honor Ceremony.
Flags around the state and country will be flown at half staff tomorrow to remember and honor those affected by the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
An Hour of Honor is also planned at the Campbell County Fire Station #1 located at 106 Rohan beginning at noon.
The National Anthem will be performed by the Thunder Basin High School Con Brio Choir. The invocation will be led by Pastor Mike Wilson of New Life Gillette. Mayor Louise Carter-King, County Commissioner Del Shelstad and Fire Chief Jeff Bender will also offer comments during the ceremony.
There will also be a moment of silence and tolling of the bell to honor all fallen emergency service members.
