The Town of Wright and southeastern Campbell County are currently under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, according to the National Weather Service in Rapid City.
Around 2:20 p.m.. a line of storms extending from 18 miles south of Rozet to 8 miles south of Wright was spotted moving east at approximately 20 mph.
The system is capable of producing 60 mph winds and quarter-size hail.
The threat of thunderstorms will be present all week long in the late afternoon and evening.
