The 411: The first annual ROCK-a-thon & BBQ Fundraiser supporting the Alzheimer’s Association: Wyoming Chapter.
ROCKING – 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 pm.
LIVE MUSIC – 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
BBQ – 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

The 411: Celebrate “the Longest Day” and support the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Gillette, Wyoming by taking Laps for Legacy!
When: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Where: The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center
The 411: Enjoy the first day of summer with free snow cones, popcorn, and other giveaways in our new parking lot! While you’re here, come register for the Summer Sizzler party where a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and other prizes will be given away.

The 411: Join us for the 16th Annual Avenues of Art Reception where we will be unveiling 7 new sculptures on loan to the Mayor’s Art Council for the next year. The sculptures will be on display all weekend during the Donkey Creek Festival, stop in to vote for your favorite sculpture for the People’s Choice Award!

The 411: Wright Centennial Museum’s annual BBQ/Smoking fundraiser.

The 411: Fireside is having their first backyard summer bash! Party starts at 6:00. Come enjoy yard games and drink specials with an additional bar outside! Stagecoach food truck will be there from 6-10, and listen to live music! The Garro Brothers start at 8:00! While you’re there please enjoy some Jell-O shots to benefit the Shanie Hughes Patterson Benefit Fund!

In addition to countless music performances, there are plenty of other great experiences to take advantage of during the festival. From tasty food displays to creative art exhibitions, there’s lots to see, hear, and taste at Donkey Creek Festival.
This is an outside event, so feel free to bring chairs, blankets, and water. Do not forget the sunscreen, and bring the kiddos to enjoy the festivities.
There will food and art vendors. There also will be a beer tent, and fun on the go for the kids.

The 411: Gigi Love is a singer/songwriter whose music is inspired by our national parks. She will perform acoustic versions of her national park songs.

Saturday June 22
Join Gillette College Student Veterans Association and County 17 at the Gillette College Pronghorn Center at 11 a.m. this Saturday, June 22, for the second annual “Oscar Mike” 5K Ruck March.
Together, we’ll raise PTSD awareness in Gillette, have some fun, and do some good.
All funds raised go to benefit Meadowlark Counseling, who help local first responders cope with trauma, and Blessings in a Backpack, who help ensure local school kids don’t go hungry.

The 411: Join the Master Gardeners and Christy Bell, Masters student at the University of Wyoming, to learn all about our native bees! Christy will guide workshop participants through the fascinating world of Wyoming’s bees, and participants will also learn how to identify native bees.

Christian Motorcyclist Association’s National Rally Parade
The 411: Parade will Begin at the Cam-Plex, Travel North on Garner Lake Road, West on Warlow Drive, South and East on W 2nd Street, South on 4-J Road, East on Lakeway Road, North on Butler Spaeth Road, East on Boxelder Road, and Return to the Cam-Plex.

The 411: Free Fan Admission this weekend brought to you by Powder River Energy Corporation! Join them Saturday night at Gillette Thunder Speedway and bring donations for the Women’s Resource Center! 4-H Horse Progress Show

The 411: 2nd Annual grass tournament in Gillette! This year, proceeds from the event will donated to local high school volleyball programs! Come show your school pride on June 23rd! More and more indoor players are improving their game by learning to play outdoor volleyball. The big advantage of playing outdoor volleyball is the fact that it forces you to develop all of your skills. Our outdoor grass tournaments are a lot of FUN!

The 411: Begins at noon in the picnic area. Pioneer gatherings at the Tower began in the 1890’s and became known as the Old Settlers’ Picnic. Join us as we pay tribute to the pioneer families with music and ice cream.
