Deborah Hawes, 27, Billings, MT, felony promoting prostitution, prostitution, use/under the influence of drugs, POCS- powder form, theft (less than $1,000), contempt of court/bench warrant.
Tanner Kobielusz, 23, Gillette, probation violation/revocation.
Devin Mackay, 24, Gillette, criminal inquiry, possession of spice, failure to appear warrant.
Dustin Nelson, 38, Gillette, no insurance, false certificate of insurance, driving with cancelled/suspended/revoked license, criminal inquiry (x2).
Brandon Runyon, 29, Gillette, felony aggravated assault.
