The Hardest Part of Starting Out is Starting Up

Do you have an idea you’d like to pursue or a problem you’d like to solve but don’t know where to start or who to start with?

Starting tonight, Friday, Nov. 16, at 6:30 p.m. at Area 59, participants will be spending 54-hours over the course of 3 days eating, sharing, pitching, learning and growing. Some of the area’s best and brightest will bring together years of expertise and knowledge to cultivate and develop new ideas at Gillette’s second annual Startup Weekend Gillette.
Keynote Speakers include Rachel Kalenberg and Ariane Jimison, owners of Pizza Carrello and Wyoming Workforce Development Council 2018 Wyoming Small Employer of the Year award winners. Judges, coaches, and mentors of this event serve a variety of venues and positions in our community; From the owner of Trends Furniture, a city judge, and Gillette College instructors, to the owner pair of M& K Oil.
