(Gillette, Wyo.) With most of the heavy lifting already done, the Salvation Army is still in need of volunteers for their last organized group clean up in Oriva Hills.
Jenni Hartung told the Campbell County Commissioners this week that the community has already donated around 3,800 volunteer hours in assistance since tornadoes swept through the rural neighborhood June 1.
Volunteer will be meeting at the mailboxes in Oriva Hills at 8 a.m. Saturday. The main task this weekend will be debris clean up. Volunteers are asked to wear long pants, sturdy shoes, and gloves.
Cold drinks will be provided and lunch tomorrow is being donated by Wild West Hot Dog’s.
