Man Sought In Homicide Investigation Spotted In Buffalo

(Gillette, Wyo) Buffalo, WY, Police Chief Jason Carder and the Vermont Dept. of public safety are asking for the public’s help in apprehending Randal Gebo, who they revealed was in Buffalo on Saturday. Gebo is wanted for charges related to a homicide last Wednesday in Middlesex, Vermont.  He is alleged to have family in the area and/or be “hiding out in the woods near here.”

Gebo is charged with aggravated vehicle operation without owner consent and fraudulent use of a credit card and possession of a credit card issued to another. His girlfriend, Cindy Cook was found deceased on July 12, 2017 and investigators discovered that he was in possession of Cook’s missing vehicle, a creme colored 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman with Vermont registration GBH823. He is also using her debit card and was known to be in West Prescott, Arkansas and Perry Oklahoma before traveling to Wyoming. Anyone who has information about Randal Gebo’s whereabouts is asked to use caution and contact the Vermont State Police Major Crimes Unit at 802-878-7111.
